Reports on special items

This is a report on special items such as Preorder or Collectors from a website.
You have to firstly make sure the appropriate codes have been applied to your Aion game account, secondly claim the items for your characters through our website in order to claim either Preorder or Collector, or both in-game items. After doing that, you probably need to wait for a while until the items become available in-game. Your item packs will be available in the event you see a small box icon appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen nest to your compass. The box and a Blank cloud trade will deliver your items. You can retrieve your items by clicking this NPC. The items will still remain in your normal mailbox in the case you do not retrieve all of the items.
